Rescuing Pets

Pets are wonderful companions who are there for people through the worst or best of times. I couldn’t imagine my life without my pets a lot of which were rescued! These are my pets that my family saved:

Maggie and Jackson

My father found this brother sister duo in a box behind a metal trash bin at his job. They were probably only a month or so old when we found them. Each was in bad shape all dirty and under nourished, but we cleaned and gave them what they needed. Now 5 years later their healthy and happy!

This Ragdoll cat was given to my father after a young woman at a convenient store begged him to take her since she didn’t know how to care for the kitten. Luna was extremely underfed, dirty and had bad digestive problems. However, we took her to the vet and made sure she was getting the proper nutrition. She is now 3 years old and strong as ever!

I cannot stress the importance enough of adopting a pet if your looking into getting an animal friend. There are so many loving dogs and cats in shelters looking for homes. If ever given the opportunity to save animal go for it, because they will touch your life in ways you couldn’t imagine and stay by your side forever.

Thanks for Reading!!

Always be adventurous!

  1. My dog Remington is a rescue and I thank god we saved him. Whoever had him previously threw his mother and the rest of his litter onto a highway out of a moving car. They all survived and were adopted and have good homes. Adopting is a great way to get a pet
