For a while now I’ve been researching ways to boost my energy through the day and be more productive. Through trial and error so far I’ve come to the conclusion of a few ways to help me throughout my day.
1. Wake up early and splash some cold water on your face
This helps to lengthen my day to get more done and the cold water helps to give you a bit of a shock to your system and leaves you refreshed!
2. Go to the gym in the morning
I’ve found that going to the gym before I start my day pumps me full of energy and endorphins to help beat tiredness.
3. Making lists
I feel that making a list of things that need to get done helps the brain from jumping everywhere and keeping it focused!
